我們正在尋找一名高級用戶體驗設(shè)計師加入我們的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計團(tuán)隊。We are looking for someone to join our growing Product Design group as a sr. user experience designer.
指責(zé)包括產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,界面視覺引導(dǎo),原型設(shè)計,與開發(fā)一起推動設(shè)計實現(xiàn)。Responsibilities include producing innovative,visually appealing human interface designs; creating design prototypes;working with developers to make designs a reality.
我們需要這個人可以獨立工作,和團(tuán)隊成員合作,交流各種想法,畫出原型,參與產(chǎn)品整個的周期。We need someone who can work independently, engage team members, communicate ideas, create prototypes, and finally work with team members throughout the release cycle of the product. This position reports to the Principal Designer.
日常的工作包括:Day-to-Day Activities:
* 基于人機(jī)交互、圖形化設(shè)計、界面設(shè)計和其他相關(guān)理論,進(jìn)行設(shè)計。Generate designs based on common sets of HCI, graphic design, interface design and other relevant theories * 畫出不同層次的原型:紙上的,框架的,可交互的網(wǎng)頁,F(xiàn)lash的。Create prototypes at different levels of fidelity: paper, wireframe,interactive HTML, and Flash * 到不同的部門演示概念和想法,組織反饋意見。Present ideas and concepts to x-functional teams and incorporate feedback accordingly * 生成視覺元素比如icon,邊框,用戶控件,窗口規(guī)范,圖形化的布局Create visual elements such as icons, borders, custom widgets, window treatments, and graphical layouts * 同產(chǎn)品設(shè)計團(tuán)隊合作去發(fā)展一些重要附加值的概念,還有修訂產(chǎn)品。 Collaborate with Product Design team to develop concepts of key additions and edits for the product * 同商業(yè)方面的專家、市場部溝通,確認(rèn)設(shè)計并得到認(rèn)可。Communicate designs to business specialists and marketing team members for validation and buy-in. * 同開發(fā)人員溝通,提供明確的定義和執(zhí)行的方向。Communicate designs to development and provide definition and direction during implementation * 同質(zhì)量控制部門溝通,提供在測試階段需要的清晰理解。Communicate designs to quality control and provide clarifications during the testing phase * 同首席設(shè)計師和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計團(tuán)隊一起工作,符合內(nèi)部設(shè)計流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Work with Principal Designer and Product Design team to evolve internal design process and standards. * 需要1/10的時間出差。This job requires 10% travel
資格條件:Qualifications & Requirements:
* 在應(yīng)用程序的交互設(shè)計方面(界面設(shè)計,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計)有4-5年的工作經(jīng)驗。在web應(yīng)用和桌面應(yīng)用方面有扎實的經(jīng)驗。4-5 years experience in application interaction design (UI Design, Product Design); solid experience with both web applications (not web sites) and desktop applications
* 設(shè)計、人機(jī)交互、可用性專業(yè)或者可以展示對設(shè)計的理解、交互設(shè)計理論和實踐的能力。Education in design, HCI, usability or ability to display formal understanding of design and HCI theory and practice
* 理解室內(nèi)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的生命周期。Understand in-house product design lifecycle
* 優(yōu)秀的交流技巧:書寫和口頭。Good communication skills: written and verbal
* 了解基于瀏覽器和客戶端的技術(shù)(HTML, Java, Flash,.NET)。Knowledge of browser-based and desktop technologies (HTML, Java, Flash,.NET)
* 原型技術(shù),包括DHTML, Dream Weaver, Flash或類似的。Prototyping skills using DHTML, Dream Weaver, Flash, or similar
* 有開發(fā)和運行可用性測試的經(jīng)驗。Experience with developing and running usability testing
* 有行業(yè)研究經(jīng)驗(Cooper的目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向設(shè)計方法優(yōu)先)Experience with field research (goal-directed method by Cooper is preferred).
* 可以使用設(shè)計過程描述清楚問題如何產(chǎn)生以及如何解決,無論是獨立工作還是和團(tuán)隊一起。Should demonstrate ability to use design processes for problem definition and solution creation while working individually and with a group
* 可以創(chuàng)造出圖形元素:icon,控件,窗口,邊框,數(shù)據(jù)布局。Ability to create graphical elements: icons, widgets, windowing and boarders, data layout

偶覺得這個里面有兩樣提的正是現(xiàn)在許多招聘要求里面不夠重視的:
1.同商業(yè)方面的專家、市場人員、質(zhì)量保證、等各個部門的溝通。這個可以確保你的設(shè)計不會出現(xiàn)用戶群公司等各方利益的偏頗,還有理解不到位造成的實施方面的問題。 2.可以使用設(shè)計過程描述清楚問題如何產(chǎn)生以及如何解決,無論是獨立工作還是和團(tuán)隊一起。這個是考驗設(shè)計師對設(shè)計流程的靈活運用程度的。通常團(tuán)隊一起工作的時候,問題產(chǎn)生,如何解決都會有理有據(jù),畢竟要說服大家,按設(shè)計流程走,會形成模式。但獨立工作的時候,往往會為追求效率而過多發(fā)揮個人主觀性,跳過一些比較流程。所以獨立工作時,可以清晰描述問題如何產(chǎn)生,怎么去解決,是一項重要的能力。
